Dr. McKinley A. Miller, Pastor
Founding Pastor
Dr. McKinley A. Miller is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia, and a retired military serviceman with 25 years of dedicated service.
He continued his education through Central Texas College, North Carolina College of Theology, and Truth in the Word Bible Institute (Seminary), pursuing extensive theological and ministry training.
Dr. Miller was ordained as an Elder in 2022 and is the Founding Pastor of Spirit & Truth International Worship Center, Inc., established in May 2022.
His academic preparation includes a Master of Theology, Master's in Ministry, Master's in Pastoral Leadership, and Master's in Biblical Counseling. He has also earned a Doctorate in Theology (ThD) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
As a pastor, teacher, and leader, Dr. Miller is committed to equipping God's people through the Word of God, sound biblical teaching, discipleship, and spiritual leadership.
Dr. Miller and his wife are blessed with a family of eight children and are passionate about family, faith, and serving others.

Minister Sheryl T. Miller is a native of Kingston, Jamaica, and a devoted servant of God with a heart for ministry, prayer, and the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
She is a retired member of the United States military, having faithfully served for 24 years. Her academic and ministry preparation includes studies at Columbia Southern University, North Carolina College of Theology, and Truth in the Word Bible Institute (Seminary).
Minister Miller was ordained as an Elder in 2022 and holds multiple master's degrees in areas that have equipped her for both ministry and service, including a Master's in Human Resources, Master's in Ministry Leadership, Master's in Theology, and Master's in Biblical Counseling.
She is gifted in prophecy and tongues, serves as an Evangelist of God's Holy Word, and is known for her dedication to prayer as an Intercessor.
Her life and ministry reflect a commitment to the Word of God, prayer, spiritual growth, and serving others.
